View from bottom of lot, top of cliff
Large retaining wall at the top building lot, is 32 feet higher than height at cliff.
Hole to fill is about 75 x 40 feet, 4 feet deep… it’s a lot of dirt!
If you look through the trees in the foreground you can see this place is level with the tops of the trees on the other side of the 300 foot ravine, the trees on the other side (light green in this photo) are 100 to 150 feet tall.
